# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It comes together in under ten minutes but tastes like you put in real effort.
  • The combination of creamy, tangy, and smoky flavors keeps every bite interesting.
  • You can prep the ingredients ahead and assemble it right before eating so nothing gets soggy.
  • It travels beautifully, whether you're packing lunch or heading out for a picnic.
02 -
  • Warm the tortillas for just a few seconds in a dry pan or microwave to make them more pliable and less likely to tear when you roll them.
  • Don't overfill the wrap or it will be impossible to close properly, and you'll end up eating it with a fork instead of your hands.
  • If you're making these ahead, keep the hummus from soaking through by placing the spinach directly on the tortilla first as a barrier layer.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to cut the wrap cleanly without squishing the filling or tearing the tortilla.
  • If you want a warm wrap, grill it in a dry skillet for a minute on each side after rolling to crisp up the outside and melt the cheese slightly.
  • For a vegan version, swap the feta for crumbled tofu or a plant-based cheese, and make sure your hummus doesn't contain dairy.
